I’m sort of obsessed with Candy Chang’s work. In particular her Confessions piece I think is brilliant. From the artist:
Confessions is a public art project that invites people to anonymously share their confessions and see the confessions of the people around them in the heart of the Las Vegas strip.
Through this project, Candy sought to create a cathartic sanctuary where all of us became the imperfect priests to help console one another as we contemplate our lives.
I love the simplicity but the powerful effect of turning an anything goes place like Las Vegas into one of reflection. So wonderful.
